Wonderful hotel in Frankfurt am Main

Cooperative staff at check-out. Lovely pool. - Brand-new and stocked rooms. - Comfortable bed. - Favourable and unbeatable location 5 minutes walk from railroad station

Rooms come equipped with tea and all the amenities. the room design is modern and the food is decent. 🍵

Location: the hotel was near to the pedestrian shopping street, city hall market square, the shopping centre down the road and shops, restaurants and cafes. Spent a nice evening at San San China Restaurant, located a super close walk to the venue. The room with a tray of various kinds of tea to choose from.

Great location near Konstablerwache Town Square.

The deluxe room was luxurious with a tray of various kinds of tea to choose from. the bed was very comfy. - Very central location to almost all of Frankfurt's sightseeing. - Based close enough to the Konstablerwache metro station. - A huge shopping area nearby.

It was in the best possible location with a shopping mall nearby. Moreover, the area was excellent.

Efficient service. Best possible location in Frankfurt's center. - Very close to nearby shops and restaurants. - Beautiful pedestrian walkway with lots of shops.

The room here is modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need; the breakfast is efficient, and the location is great, just a short walk from Zeil Street.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the main shopping area and various restaurants. The all day dining restaurant offers exceptional service, with an amazing restaurant manager who goes above and beyond for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers a well-equipped gym for guests to use.

One downside is that the TV in the room is small and lacks streaming services like Netflix or YouTube.

Good variety of food options. the location is fantastic and just a bit of a stroll away from Zeil Street. 🍽️ This makes finding our next meal a breeze and gives great views to enjoy while we dine.

The hotel is in a prime location, right at the heart of the bustling city center. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of a huge shopping area, allowing guests to indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to Romer town makes it perfect for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable haven after a long day of exploring. The bathroom is well-appointed and offers better amenities than usual. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, with a range of options available.

The live music in the bar can be quite loud and repetitive, which may not be to everyone's taste.

We had a lovely Christmas stay in Frankfurt. The hotel was situated in a prime location, just a short walk away from the Christmas market and the hop-on/hop-off bus tours. This made exploring the city and enjoying the festive atmosphere incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including three great restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the steak house.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. the check-in process was slow, with only one person available to assist guests.

The food and drink options were also a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel.

Spent xmas in Frankfurt and the staff was friendly and two complementary cookies were a nice touch. The location was perfect for getting to the xmas markets and other sights, with everything within walking distance. Also enjoyed the gym facilities.

The room was quite outdated and not up to par with other hotels in the area. Breakfast was also disappointing and not worth the extra cost.
