The Breakfast could have more variety in freshly prepared fruits.

Great breakfast and helpful personnel. The reception desk staff went above and beyond their duties. We appreciated to chill in the nearby piccolo pizza bar.

I have booked on 13 Feb 2019 for my Friend, Mr. Hans Meihuizen and when he check in, reception ask his credit card for guarantee but after check out and we check that we have already paid. reception told already cancel his credit card but until now the bank still charge his credit card, please help to cancel it, Thank you

Perfect location, just next to the main shopping area of the city, and 1 minute away from the nearest underground station. The hotel was luxurious, well-maintained, and with a nice touch of modern design. Our room was spacious, clean and we loved the espresso machine - a bigger selection of capsules would be nice. Friendly staff and awesome pastries at the main cafe / bar.

No wireless Internet in the rooms. It was only available on some public areas of the hotel, and it wasn't free for guests.

Very close to Zeil Shopping Area, but they increase our rate when we tried to extedn our stay due to flight cancellation.

They were not able to offer the same booking rate when we try to extend our stay at the reception desk.

I liked the decor and the vintage cars in reception are a great touch

i was very annoied by constant intrubtion by house cleaning staff. First was rooms services (thats ok) Second was mini bar top up person (this should of been done when the room was serviced) third was a person to inspect the cleaning and service done (why?) forth was a man just to collect my room service tray (why seperate?). All this lead me to feel like i was staying in a train station not a luxury hotel room where i could not get any peace!

Nice location closed to city center and river walk. The hotel staff are very helpful at concergie or bell man or club lounge, and restaurants.

I have access to the lounge and it's breakfast and I have the rugular breakfast and I was charged for that, which is to me does not make sense, since I paid for the lounge. At the end the receptionist was very king and dropped half of the charge.

The hotel is very clean with welcoming staff. Even though we got to the hotel much earlier than the afternoon, we were allowed to check into our room without any fuss. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The swimming pool was extremely cold. Whilst there we didn't see anybody in the water. We had originally booked this hotel because of the pool facility but couldn't use the pool because it was too cold to get into. This was quite disappointing. Also, the breakfast is far too expensive.

Reception personel very prompt and polite.

The windows as it was quite claustrophic for me as I am used to open out windows or balconies

Very nice and helpful staff! Got the room immediately although arrived a couple of hours earlier the check-in time. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the Nespresso coffee-machine, bathrobes and minibar with the very large selection of beverages. Would also recommend the lobby bar/restaurant - serves excellent food and cocktails and was ideal for me to watch the World Cup game between Germany and Argentina. The location of the hotel is also very convenient - 5 minutes walk to the Old city of Frankfurt and only 1 minute - to the shopping areas.

No free wi-fi and Internet at all.

The room are very comfort and right size and the location is excellent.

The internet charge and the breakfast is very expensive.
